Privacy Policy
Your financial data stays on your device.
This privacy policy applies to the 50/30/20 Budget Control app, created by Devquali Labs. This service is provided free of charge and is intended for use as is.
Information Collection and Use
Your financial data is yours: the app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or financial information to external servers or third parties. All data you enter (income, expenses, and categories) stays exclusively in your device’s local storage.
Anonymous technical data: the app uses Firebase, a Google service, to collect anonymous diagnostic and usage data — such as installation identifiers, device model, operating system version, crash reports, and app usage events. This data is used only to identify errors and improve the app. It does not include any of your financial information and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Google’s handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Security and Biometrics
The app uses the Android Biometric API to provide an extra layer of local security. Authentication is handled entirely by the operating system. The app has no access to, does not collect, and does not store your fingerprints or biometric data.
Permissions
The app does not request sensitive permissions such as contacts, location, camera, or microphone.
Donations
The app offers an optional donation feature, with three ways to contribute: Google Play, Pix, and cryptocurrencies.
For donations made via Google Play, after the purchase, the user may optionally provide an e-mail address and a text message for the developer — both fields are entirely optional. This contact option is not available for donations made via Pix or cryptocurrencies.
If submitted, this data is stored in Cloud Firestore (Google/Firebase) solely to enable this contact. It is not linked to any account or device identifier, is not shared with third parties, is not used for advertising, and only the developer has access to it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We recommend that you review this page periodically for any changes.
Data Deletion Requests
Because this app does not use user accounts, your financial data is stored locally only on your device.
To delete it permanently:
- Simply uninstall the app; or
- Clear the app storage in the Android settings: Settings > Apps > Controle 50-30-20 > Storage > Clear Data.
To request deletion of anonymous technical data collected by Firebase (instance IDs), please contact us through the support e-mail available on the Google Play Store.
